Delivery Regions, Charges and Timescales

Mainland UK

Delivery is free to most mainland UK postcodes on orders over £400.

A small number of remote mainland areas require specialist delivery arrangements. In these cases, an additional delivery charge may apply, feel free to contact us with your postcode before ordering and we’ll confirm.

Please select a preferred delivery date at checkout and we will do our very best to meet it. As we use a third-party courier service, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Islands & Remote locations

Some locations require specialist delivery arrangements (for example islands, offshore locations, and a small number of remote areas).

In these cases, an additional delivery charge may apply. This is typically in the region of £100–£165, depending on the postcode.

If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost. You’ll always have the option to proceed or cancel at that stage. For Channel islands and Isle of Man this charge will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please bear in mind that delivery times will be slightly longer for these locations.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, due to the introduction of the EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) effective 13/12/24, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Collection from Our Workshop

You’re very welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop. Please get in touch in advance to arrange collection.

How Your Order Is Delivered (Pallet Deliveries)

Our camper conversion kits are delivered on a pallet by a third-party courier. You will need to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery

On the evening before your delivery day, you’ll receive an email from the courier with tracking details. On the day of delivery, they will provide an estimated two-hour delivery window when the shipment is on its way.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. This means the driver is unable to:

  • Bring the pallet inside your property
  • Lift items off the pallet
  • Manoeuvre the pallet through doorways, hallways or tight access points

The level of assistance offered by drivers can vary between couriers, so please plan on the basis that no manual handling will be provided.

Please make sure that:

  • There is someone available to help you move and unpack the items
  • There is suitable ground-level access at the delivery address
  • You are prepared to unpack the pallet at the delivery point if required
  • You will need to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery

  • L 120cm × W 80cm × H 75cm

Please note: If delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive it, or for any other reason outside of our control, redelivery can be arranged and will be charged at the courier’s standard rate.
