Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please note that custom items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, as explained below.

Your item must be returned in substantially the same condition that you received it, with no more handling than is necessary to inspect it, and where possible in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@foldingcampervans.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 30a, Penrhos Industrial Estate, Holyhead, Anglesey LL65 2FD. 

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent you the wrong item, we'll cover the reasonable cost of returning it. If you’re returning an item for any other reason, such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Where appropriate, we may arrange the return shipping on your behalf, but you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Please note that custom-made items or items made to your specific requirements cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. However, this does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Any refund of delivery charges will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
